Towers Holdings LLC, was originally founded in 2006 in Dallas, Texas and began purchasing, redeveloping, and selling properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area.
In 2010, the company started developing single-family lots and building low to moderate income housing while capitalizing on the growing population in North Texas.
In 2012, Towers made a move to the luxury market to meet the growing demand of exceptional homes in Dallas. Towers offered homes between $1,500,000 and $5,000,000 in Preston Hollow, University Park, and other prestigious areas in Dallas.
In recent years, Towers Holdings LLC has specialized in developing low to moderate income communities in East Dallas, Balch Springs, Mesquite, and Athens, Texas by building homes, creating neighborhoods, and providing ready-to-build lots.
Always prepared to meet demands in the industry, Towers also created a utility and paving contractor division registered in the state of Texas. In the next three years, Towers Construction plans to develop over 300 additional lots in the Dallas Metroplex and Kaufman County on properties already owned.
Meet Our Team
Francisco J. Torres is the president and CEO of Towers Holdings LLC, a land development and home building firm specializing in residential construction in the DFW area.
As the CEO of a fast-paced and growing company, Francisco is a hands-on leader who manages all aspects of construction and development for housing opportunities across multiple areas of the Metroplex and across price points. Francisco oversees general contracting activities and serves as the primary communication point for all involved parties from buyers to sub-contractors. Francisco coordinates his teams for all projects from the ground up: finding the land, building the structure, and paying great attention to detail and design in all areas.
Since Towers opened for business, Francisco and Towers Holdings have completed over 150 projects and are currently working on some exciting multi-home neighborhoods and land development projects in Preston Hollow, North Dallas, and East Dallas. Francisco’s approach has guaranteed his success in a competitive field.
In recent years, he has also been involved in Biz Owners Ed, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating small and mid-size business owners in scaling business models. In addition to his involvement in Biz Owners Ed, Francisco has mentored youth for college entrance programs, sponsored architecture interns for professional development, and maintained an active membership in the Dallas Builder’s Association.
Prior to his success with Towers Holdings, Francisco had a robust career in the banking industry as a business banker. As a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business Honors program, Francisco learned many skills needed to build his company and to be a successful entrepreneur. Francisco lives in Preston Hollow with his wife and their two young children.
